RESIDENT TICKETING
Capture. Coordinate. Communicate.
Maintenance issues
piling up?
There’s a clearer way.
Fed up of one lift breaking and receiving 20 phone calls, 15 emails, 2 walk-ins, and a carrier pigeon to tell you about it?
Resident’s Ticketing Module helps you bring maintenance issues together, giving your team a clearer view of what needs doing and who’s handling it.
How it works
Capture
Leaseholders and directors can report issues through the portal, with email and website submission options also available.
When the sender’s email matches a record in Resident, their block, unit and owner details are linked automatically, along with any attachments.
Coordinate
Assign the ticket to a colleague, set its priority and create tasks or works orders against it.
Everyone can see what’s assigned to them, what’s with colleagues and what still needs picking up.
Communicate
Respond to the person who reported the issue directly from the ticket, with messages kept together in one place.
Add internal notes for colleagues and follow the activity log to see who did what and when.
All that and more?
Ticketing does more than organise incoming issues.
Tag each ticket so you can run the ticket reports to spot recurring issues and gain a clearer picture of maintenance across your blocks — helping you prepare for AGMs, major works and future budgets.
Keep affected leaseholders informed by replying to the ticket submitter and copying others in the block using BCC, helping reduce further tickets about the same issue.
And if several tickets have already come in? Merge them to keep the response together.
