Data Hub reads it
Using OCR technology, Data Hub automatically extracts the information you need — supplier, property, invoice number, description and values.
No retyping everything into Resident.
You verify and approve
Check the information, make any changes if needed, then Approve or Reject.
Once approved, the invoice feeds back into Resident ready to be paid in the usual way.

It can also flag invoices that have previously been approved, helping protect against duplicate supplier payments — and there’s no additional charge for adding more colleagues to Data Hub.
