Who are we?

We are a small SaaS company located in Kent but servicing clients across the UK, Ireland & Gibraltar. We have grown organically over the past eight years from idea, to start-up, to the established brand thanks to a great product, hard work from a committed team, and a loyal client base. It is quite unique in today’s proptech industry that Resident has reached where it is today without any external funding or investment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who shares the team’s ethos and values with the ambition to be part of the next chapter in our journey. Someone technically capable but also good at organizing their own work. Someone dedicated as we offer remote working. Someone who is empathetic but sensible and confident to say they don’t know the answer but can find out. Someone to deal with the human aspect of support so our clients feel heard alleviating the unnecessary burden from pure technical support. 

About the role

Client Success Manager:

– Understanding Block Management and the needs of block managers and the challenges they increasingly face day to day

– Building lasting relationships with clients – face to face, on the phone, and online

– Monitoring and reporting problems

– Gathering and processing feedback

– Onboarding new clients working closely with the sales director – with support from technical where required

– Onsite and online training 

– Chasing queries with support and generally staying on top of things. 

– Running up to date client CRM
